Timelines and pricing shared here are indicative. Marketing and digital results depend on factors outside our control, and we don't guarantee specific rankings, leads, or revenue outcomes.
Projects require an advance before work begins, with the balance due before final delivery. Retainers are billed in advance each cycle. Late payment may pause work.
Retainers carry a minimum commitment period and a required written notice period to cancel, both as set out in your service agreement. Fees paid for the current cycle are non-refundable.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started. No refunds are given once a project is delivered and approved.
Once fully paid, deliverables made for you belong to you. We retain the right to feature completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us for that engagement. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party platforms we rely on.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
